His natural enthusiasm and down to earth authentic approach to business, helps to see past the surface and get right to the core of whoever he works with.

Rachel McKenna
Rachel is a multi-skilled marketing professional, coach and business woman with an excellent track record in consumer and business to business marketing management. Naturally collaborative, pragmatic and commercially aware, she brings a wealth of knowledge from her experience primarily built in the financial services sector in the United Kingdom and Ireland. She has also worked in retail and the small business start-up sector.
Rachel is a qualified teacher and holds diplomas in marketing, leadership management & coaching. She has recruited, trained and managed marketing teams and loves to plan, organise and make things happen.
Down to earth, patient, warm and encouraging, Rachel is a great listener, naturally curious, and interested in people and business. Supportive and in your camp, she is very much about championing the authentic person and that together we are greater because of our unique differences and perspectives on life. Rachel also champions a ‘whole person’ approach to learning and development.

He has worked for companies and groups such as Newey & Eyre ltd. Hagemeyer, Eastern Electrical, Wolseley, IBC, Country Living Stoves, Inis Stoves, The Bereavement Counselling Service, and Rathfarnham Community Friendship Group.
With a background in sales methodology, sales processes and sales operations he brings a wealth of knowledge to work from. He has an excellent track record in sustaining and improving profit growth in different trading conditions, and is a specialist in building sales teams into successful units, either from outset or transforming ailing teams into successful ones.
He has led, trained, coached and mentored many individuals helping them reach their potential and ambitions. His natural enthusiasm and down to earth authentic approach to business ,helps to see past the surface and get right to the core of whoever he works with.
Ciaran is a graduate in economics and philosophy and is a qualified Bereavement Counsellor. He is an active participant in the caring and community voluntary sector. He has held a number of chairperson positions including Bereavement Counselling Service chairperson (May 2016 – May 2018) Rathfarnham Community Friendship Group, chairperson (currently).

Rachel McKenna
Rachel is a multi-skilled marketing professional with an excellent track record in consumer and business to business marketing. She has also taken on specialist projects in product management within the financial services sector. She has recruited, trained and managed marketing teams and has significant exposure working with senior stakeholders on a cross functional basis. Rachel is a qualified teacher and holds a degree in economics and history. She qualified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds diplomas in leadership management, digital marketing and social media.
Her experience has primarily been built in the financial environment in the United Kingdom and Ireland with companies such as Commercial Union, Lombard Bank, Legal & General, Legal & General International, Canada Life International and Generali Pan Europe (Ireland). She also worked with Scapa Tapes Ireland in the retail and small business start-up sector.
Naturally collaborative, conscientious, pragmatic and commercially aware, Rachel puts structure around commercial and customer focused marketing, bringing a fresh perspective to your marketing operation. With her background she is comfortable working with people on a one to one basis right through start-ups, SMEs and into the corporate sector.
